Avatar: The Path of Water, is the sequel to Avatar, a 2009 film, in which a decade has passed since the Na'vi battled Pandora and humans.
And Jake Sully, who participated in the battle and in the film is chief of the Omaticaya clan, lives peacefully with his family and his Na'vi tribe.
But their peace is threatened when Jake Sully must flee with his wife and five children to protect the tribe and his own family from humans.
As a result, they end up encountering the Metkayina reef tribe, east of Pandora, where they receive shelter, new roles and become part of the clan.

But the humans didn't stop looking for Jake Sully, specifically Colonel Miles, with whom Jake had a not-so-good history.
And with that, they fight a war that leaves many casualties, of course, but in the end everything works out.

At the 2023 Golden Globes, Avatar 2 was nominated for Best Film and Best Director, while at the Critics Choice Movie Awards and the Stellite Awards, it was nominated for six categories in both awards.
He was also nominated for Best Visual Effects at BAFTA 2023, and at the Oscar 2023, one of the biggest awards, he was nominated for 4 categories, and won for Best Visual Effects.
