Command to stay daytime in Minecraft and others
Better than knowing the command to stay in the daytime in Minecraft, is knowing all the others that can make playing easier, whether alone or with your friends.
If you type in Minecraft chat when 'cheats' are enabled you will notice that there are many things we can do with a few words.
To change the time from day to night, or night to day, you can use the command: /time set then depending on the numbers that come next you may get different results, for example:
- /time set 0 – to stay daytime;
- /time set 6000 – to stay noon;
- /time set 12000 – for sunset;
- /time set 18000 – to stay overnight.
Or if you just want it to be morning or night, you can use the command /time set day or /time set night.
Still talking about the weather in Minecraft, you can make it rain in your world too, just type /weather rain, and if you want it to stop raining use the command /weather clear.
In some older versions, the command is different, and is still known this way, as /toggledownfall.
The rain command can work differently in each place in your world, if the biome you are in is a snow biome, the command will not make it rain but rather snow.
And if you want to change your game mode, there are ways to solve that too. The game has 4 different modes, survival, creative, adventure and spectator, if you want to change to any of them use:
- /gamemode 0 – survival
- /gamemode 1 – creative
- /gamemode 2 – adventure
- /gamemode 3 – spectator
You can also change the game difficulty to one of four different ones: peaceful, easy, normal and hard, just type:
- /difficulty peaceful
- /difficulty easy
- /difficulty normal
- /difficulty hard
In addition to these Minecraft commands, you can use many others, there are commands of all shapes and sizes to improve your game and make your practice much easier.
